My trip to Azerbaijan was great. A beautiful venue and lovely event. Sadly no time to look around the city, hopefully next time. The conference I hosted and co-produced for Whitbread, rocked! A conference like no other, fifty two ‘hero’ waiters serving over 4,500 dishes! I’ll upload a video soon.

A manic week hosting the Boots conference in Nottingham and the European Bartender Championships in Manchester completed the month. These are two jobs I really enjoy and once again this year were so much fun.

November sees a mix of early Christmas parties (already!), Private parties, a performance at The Magic Circle and a Casino launch party in Scotland.
